Job Description
Required Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
•3-5 years of experience in project management or public administration
• Experience working with correctional facilities
• Experience working with Medicaid
Program Manager Job Responsibilities:
• Serve as the Medicaid reentry services subject matter expert for internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure alignment with CMS guidance for all Medicaid reentry authorities
• Provide project management for key tasks and objectives in implementing Section 5121 of the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2023 and any future reentry-related Medicaid authorities
• Coordinate with the department and other departments to track grant related activities, processes, and outcomes
• Convene and coordinate the Community Advisory Group
