Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Own end-to-end city launch, activation, and scale-up of Vet-at-Home services across Bangalore
• Drive 0→1 execution and rapid expansion across key micro-markets
• Take full ownership of ground operations, including supply deployment, scheduling, routing, and service delivery
• Ensure high fulfilment, low cancellations, and fast turnaround times through tight operational control
• Identify demand hotspots and build hyperlocal supply density to improve service reliability and speed
• Conduct deep competitive analysis across pricing, service quality, SLAs, and operating models
• Translate market insights into clear action plans for growth, differentiation, and operational efficiency
• Continuously track competitor moves and adapt city strategy in real time
• Build and scale local partnerships with veterinary clinics, hospitals, pet stores, and ecosystem players
