The Business Readiness and Deployment Manager plays a key role in supporting Nordstrom’s Merchandising Organization by deploying training and enablement solutions that drive successful business outcomes. This role collaborates closely with the Learning and Leadership Center of Excellence in HR, as well as the NMG Process and Program teams, to ensure the smooth rollout of new processes, tools, and initiatives. A strategic problem solver, this individual is skilled at simplifying complex concepts and is responsible for developing , executing, and sustaining training and deployment strategies that enable organizational adoption. The ideal candidate brings expertise in stakeholder engagement, project planning, change management, process improvement, building instructional materials , and performance measurement.
