We are seeking a compassionate, organized Program Lead/Support Services Coordinator to help lead the Sober Living Program in a culturally grounded, trauma‑informed environment.

Job Description

• Full‑time role with PAGC Health and Social Development
• 37.5 hours per week with additional on‑call responsibilities
• Blended role with leadership, coordination, and resident support
• Opportunity to help shape a healing‑centred sober living program
• Work in a trauma‑informed, culturally grounded program with cultural and Elder‑supported opportunities
• Reports to the Community Health Supervisor
