• This  hybrid position  combines on-site presence (3–4 hours/day) with remote work (2–3 hours/day), supporting a wide range of enrichment programs for students across multiple school sites.
• The Program Leader serves as a key liaison between school staff, instructors, parents, and the leadership team, ensuring program excellence, compliance, and coordination district-wide.
