Program Leadership & Governance

• Provide overall leadership, direction and governance for the WildBrain Digital Transformation program
• Own and manage the end‑to‑end program plan, ensuring alignment to enterprise strategy and WildBrain CPLG business priorities
• Establish and operate effective program governance structures, including SteerCo, decision forums, escalation paths and reporting cadence
• Act as the single point of accountability for program outcomes, delivery confidence and value realization

Delivery Oversight & Value Realization

• Oversee scope, timelines, funding and dependencies across all program workstreams
