We are seeking a person desiring a career as a Program Engineering Manager (PEM) for our San Diego, California site for the Test and Support Systems Portfolio.
The candidate's role will require leadership and technical abilities to oversee engineering projects in the aerospace defense industry. As the engineering lead for production activities, this PEM will serve as the technical conscience for this line of products and services.This position reports to the Portfolio Engineering Leader for T&SS.This position overseas the production support engineers technical tasks, negotiates appropriate staffing, and is a member of the engineering leadership team. Other program stakeholders for which this technical leader interfaces are the program managers, operations, contracts, finance, quality, suppliers, and our customers.
