Program Director (NORC) – Queensview Older Adult Center Program/Location:
- Queensview Older Adult Center Reports To: Director of Programs and Development Salary: $ 68,958.47 FLSA Status: Exempt Schedule: Full-Time (flexibility required based on center operations and events) Position Summary The Program Director is responsible for the full operational oversight and day-to-day leadership of the HANAC Queensview Older Adult Center.
- This role ensures the center delivers high-quality, innovative programming that supports healthy, purposeful, and successful aging, while maintaining full compliance with the NYC Department for the Aging (DFTA) contract requirements.
- The Program Director leads staff performance, program planning, reporting, budget oversight, membership engagement, community partnerships, and compliance deliverables to ensure contracted units are met and the center operates efficiently, professionally, and consistently.
