• Manage and coordinate programs focused on assisted channels transformation, addressing the bank’s requirements and customers’ needs.
• Monitor all project activities and timelines, reporting progress and identifying potential delays.
• Collaborate with all stakeholders within the infrastructure, operations and end-user technology teams and the bank domains to manage expectations and ensure smooth delivery.
