Program Development Associate (Chile)

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Program Development Associate works independently and in close collaboration with University Relations to build strong relationships with university partners and develop compelling, value-added proposals for faculty-led international programs. This role is central to Southbridge Access’ business development strategy, helping us expand our presence as a travel provider across existing and new markets.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Proposal Development & Itinerary Design

• Develop a deep understanding of Southbridge Access’ destinations, program portfolio, and service offerings
• Create formal itineraries and internal RFQs in response to incoming requests from university partners
• Craft creative, value-added proposals tailored to each client’s academic objectives across Latin America, Europe, Africa, Asia, and beyond
