About the Role
As a CBRE Program Coordinator, you will provide basic administrative and logistical support to the program team. This includes project documentation preparation, scheduling meetings and communication, coordinating with vendors and stakeholders, tracking project progress, and assisting with financial reconciliation. This role is part of the Program Management function. The team is responsible for managing programs from initiation through completion.
What You’ll Do
- Process documentation for program commitments.
- Schedule meetings and communication plans regarding programs amongst teams and stakeholders.
- Assist with contract administration, which includes attending meetings, preparing correspondence, and tracking deliverables.
