Job Description
Become the Program Coordinator at BGC Weston Mount Dennis & Lawrence Heights Club, where you will enhance after school experiences for children ages 4-12. Work from 2:45 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. to lead engaging programming.
This site lead role requires you to oversee the After School Program's operations, ensuring adherence to Ontario guidelines and providing a welcoming environment. You'll guide staff and volunteers while fostering positive relationships with families. Strong communication and leadership abilities will be essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver diverse activities aligned with program guidelines
• Maintain a clean and organized program space
• Ensure safety and supervision of participants at all times
• Communicate effectively with families and community partners
