Program Communications Lead

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and adaptable Project Communications Specialist to support a large-scale transformation initiative. This is a high-impact, temporary role focused on executing a strategic communications plan to ensure consistency, clarity, and engagement across all project stakeholders.

In this role, you will partner closely with project leadership and organizational change management (OCM) teams to develop and deliver effective communications that keep stakeholders informed, aligned, and ready for change. You will play a critical role in maintaining momentum by ensuring messaging is timely, accurate, and aligned with the broader program roadmap.
