About the Role
Antyodaya Foundation is seeking motivated individuals passionate about social impact, rural development, public policy, governance, and community-based programmes.
This role offers hands-on exposure to programme implementation, field operations, stakeholder engagement, and impact monitoring through livelihood and skill development initiatives across Haryana.
Key Responsibilities
Take ownership of programme activities across assigned geographies
Monitor and support field teams working directly with beneficiary families
Ensure quality, accuracy, and integrity of field data and programme reporting
Conduct field visits to assess programme implementation and identify operational challenges
Track progress against programme objectives and support evidence-based decision-making
Contribute to programme monitoring, documentation, reporting, and process improvement initiatives
