Main Purpose and Function

The Child Care Program Assistant III (PAIII) supports the Manager of Child Care Services and the Child Care Leadership Team in strengthening high-quality, inclusive early learning programs across Britannia Child Care. Working within Britannia's Community Facilitator Hub Model, the PAIII serves as a central connection point between educators, children, families, childcare programs, and community services, fostering collaborative relationships that enhance children's learning, family well-being, and educator capacity. 

Reporting to the Manager of Child Care Services, the PAIII provides leadership in pedagogical practice, curriculum development, inclusion, family engagement, and community collaboration.
