Summary This position is located in the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Office of the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Under Secretary for Management (USM). The primary purpose of this position is application of qualitative and quantitative methods for assessment of complex management processes, systems, and mission support programs, with additional responsibility for training and development initiatives. Non-BU: This is a non-bargaining unit position. Responsibilities As a Program Analyst, GS-0343-13, your typical work assignments may include: Conduct comprehensive studies and analyses of program operations, policies, and procedures to identify areas for improvement. Develop recommendations for process improvements, increased efficiency, and enhanced effectiveness.
