Summary This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Domestic Defense Industrial Base (DIB) Facilities in the Department of Defense to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: Serve as a senior Program Analyst responsible for a full range of manpower duties with Letterkenny Munitions Center (LEMC). Responsibilities Monitoring manpower utilization, direct labor productive factor, leave utilization trends, direct and indirect ratios, overtime versus hiring, etc. Interprets fiscal policy and ensures fiscal compliance at LEMC with possible recommendation to higher command on resolution of conflicts in policy and application Enterprise wide.
