Responsibilities of the Program Analyst:
Plan and ensure on-schedule, within-budget project execution from beginning through end.Oversee deadline completion, manages resources, and assesses and tracks any risks.Ensure that projects are executed within budget; identify additional funding that may be required.Work across teams to identify and schedule resources and estimate LOE.Facilitate overcoming obstacles encountered by all teams involved in a project.Coordinate among administrative, technical, programmatic, and customer organizations; leadership; and subject matter experts.Qualifications of the Program Analyst:
