Job Responsibilities

• Develop and cultivate productive relationships with key accounts, doctor groups and other organizations. Elevate providers’ understanding of how the company can maximize the growth of their practice. Build allegiance through recruiting, training, program adoption and education as it relates to Vision Care strategic initiatives.
• Demonstrate a broad knowledge of the organization's direction to achieve growth objectives and operational goals. Act as an internal resource for business partners.
• Establish relationships and become an expert in assigned region/account on plans, programs and products.
• Build relationships that result in positive adoption, achievement of Vision Care program targets and support of strategic initiatives.
• Evaluate key account interactions to identify opportunities, increase efficiencies and enhance overall satisfaction.
