Professional Billing Training Coordinator

Overview

The Professional Billing Training Coordinator supports all aspects of end-user training from needs analysis, formulation of training curriculum, documenting process workflows, and execution of training classes for all Professional Billing staff. This position will require a comprehensive understanding of all Professional Billing revenue cycle processes and protocols and development of multi-faceted educational approaches to meet varied learning needs and styles. The Professional Billing Training Coordinator is responsible for effectively integrating all aspects of Professional Billing into training materials including information about workflows and processes as well as EPIC and eCW billing applications.
