Production Team Leader – Blue Ash, OH The Production Team Leader is responsible for the utilization and supervision of employees within assigned work areas. This role involves direct supervision and coordination of the team's daily tasks on the production floor. What You Will Do Assign daily tasks and set clear objectives for team members at the beginning of each shift to direct production flow. Monitor production metrics such as output, downtime, and waste, and create reports on team performance. Provide training and coaching to new and existing employees on machine operation, safety protocols, and quality standards. Conduct initial troubleshooting of equipment malfunctions and elevate complex technical problems to the maintenance department.
