The Production Helper supports efficient manufacturing operations by safely handling raw materials, operating production equipment, and maintaining accurate documentation. This is a physically demanding role in a heavy industrial environment that requires consistent attention to detail, adherence to safety standards, and reliable work history.
**Responsibilities**
+ Safely open, empty, and handle raw material bags for production processes.
+ Receive batching materials and related documentation at the start of each job run.
+ Lift and feed the work station with raw materials approximately 10–20% of the time, including handling loads up to 50–60 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs with assistance.
+ Feed materials into machines and monitor machine operation throughout production runs.
+ Run production machines, adjusting to both short and long job cycles as required.
