The Production Technician II supports manufacturing operations for equipment used in agriculture, construction, and mining by assembling, testing, and maintaining electrical and hydraulic components. This role works with small parts and tools, performs detailed assembly tasks such as soldering, harness building, splicing, and crimping, and helps maintain accurate inventory counts. Success in this position requires strong manual dexterity, attention to detail, and the ability to read and interpret blueprints while working safely and efficiently in a clean, climate-controlled production environment.
