As a Production Technician at MKS, you will partner with the team to assist in the production of defraction gratings. In this role, you will report to the Supervisor. Manufacturing/Operations.
You Will Make an Impact By
- Coating:
- Experience using Temescal/Telemark ebeam guns and sweep controllers. IC5/IC6 deposition controllers. Building/rebuilding emitter assemblies (need good manual dexterity) Ability to work in cramped or confined spaces. (coating cleans) Metrology experience with surface profilometer, spectrophotometer. Understanding / following SPC charting Lifting – heavy blanks and coating panels
- Cementing:
- Generating material pick lists, prepping and washing glass substrates with high level of quality and care.
- Identifying epoxy and cure types for a variety of products and sizes
- Take Apart:
- Handle multiple product size...
