Lead the assembly crew as a Production Team Leader. This role emphasizes safety, production scheduling, and team training while maintaining a clean working environment.
As a Crew Leader, you will coordinate the operating cell work area, assist in employee training, and ensure maximum efficiency. Your experience will help maintain equipment safety standards and communicate effectively between management and employees, ensuring production runs smoothly without downtime.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure a safe and clean work environment
• Schedule production and balance workloads across teams
• Review preshift machine inspections for safety
• Conduct Sunrise meetings and monthly safety talks
• Check material quality to meet customer specifications
Requirements:
• High school diploma/GED preferred
