Team Leader – Temporary (2–3 Months, Potential to Extend)
We are currently recruiting for a Team Leader on behalf of our client. This is initially a 2–3 month temporary position, with the possibility of being extended for the right candidate.
Pay Rate:
£14.72 per hour
Working Hours:
Shifts will vary between:
6:00am – 2:00pm
7:30am – 4:00pm
Candidates must be flexible, as shift times will change between these two patterns.
The Role:
Leading and supporting the production team
Ensuring daily production targets are met
Booking customer orders using a computer system
Maintaining high standards of quality and productivity
Supporting the smooth running of the production department
What We're Looking For:
Previous production experience is essential
Team leader or supervisory experience is desirable
Good computer skills and confidence using booking/order systems
