Production Team Leader – 1st Line Supervisor (25–50)

Celestica is seeking a Production Team Leader 3 to supervise 25-50 employees at our Kulim site in Malaysia. The successful candidate will manage performance and ensure quality and efficiency targets are met while adhering to health and safety guidelines.

Ideal applicants will have four to six years of relevant manufacturing experience and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Key skills include leadership, effective communication, and proficiency with PC applications. The role operates on-site.
