Job Description

PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The Production Support Leader is responsible for overseeing end-to-end Production Support operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with organizational standards, and driving/aligning the warehouse to the Operational business strategy. The key responsibilities of the position are as follows, but not limited to:Operational Leadership
Lead daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory management, and distribution.
Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards across all warehouse functions.
Process Optimization
Implement lean practices and process improvements to maximize throughput and minimize waste.
Standardize workflows and establish clear performance metrics for warehouse teams.
Team Management
