Production Support L2 with strong PL/SQL

HCL Tech is looking for Production Support L2 with strong PL/SQL, with the below skills:

Responsibilities

1. Monitor user requests or service incidents pertaining to Flexcube app and resolve them.
2. Monitor the EOD, EOM, EOY batch and identify any anomalies.
3. Creation of new KBs or modifications of the KB.
4. Run book creation
5. ITRS setup and monitoring
6. Create change request and manage a change implementation.
7. Organize support/provide support to end user during off working hours whenever required.
8. Co-ordinate with Product vendor for any patch or changes.
9. Patch creation and VTM Patch
10. Ability to work in a fast paced, team-oriented environment with minimum direction and management oversight.
