L2 Production Support
Work in a team environment, consulting with technical, functional, and industry specialists to assist with the development, implementation, and integration of innovative system solutions.
Contribute to client satisfaction by providing timely and responsive value‐added services and work products.
What you'll bring?
Experience as a L2 support engineer
Good communication skills with the ability to articulate technical and functional aspects of development/production problems to help drive solutions with application development teams and senior stakeholders
ITIL process experience with Service Management, Knowledge Management, and Incident Management
Hands‐on experience in SQL (PL/SQL), analyzing joins, stored procedures, and triggers
Unix and shell scripting are mandatory
Capability to monitor processes and script errors
Hands‐on reading and debugging code (Java or any OOP language)
