Production Support Engineering Lead (PrivateLink)

Job Description
As the Production Support Lead, you will be responsible for strategic project direction with Record Remediation and PrivateLink Update initiatives. You will lead (not directly manage) a cross-functional team responsible for the maintenance, integration, and implementation of OpenText software applications and associated technology solutions. Reporting to senior leadership, you will drive project delivery, ensure operational stability, and manage incident, problem, and change activities for these critical technology projects. You will partner with business, technology, risk, compliance, and vendor teams to achieve strategic outcomes aligned with organizational goals.
