Production Support Engineer — AWS, Incident Response (Remote)

AgileEngine is seeking a Production Support Engineer to monitor and support production systems across a multi-account AWS environment for a fintech platform. You will triage incidents, runbooks, SLA performance, and coordinate with engineering, help desk, and security partners.

On-call rotation and post-incident reviews focus on continuous operational improvement. Responsibilities include incident triage, patching, documentation, and improving monitoring coverage.
