Key Responsibilities:

Manage production activities in the weld shop.

Program, teach, and troubleshoot MIG welding, Spot Welding, and Material Handling Robots.

Set up and optimize robotic welding operations for improved productivity and quality.

Maintain welding parameters for IT Gun Spot Welding and Projection Welding.

Monitor and troubleshoot robotic welding equipment and processes.

Ensure adherence to 5S, safety standards, and Kaizen activities on the shop floor.
