**Job Description**
The Production Supervisor will manage the day-to-day operations for manufacturing functions, overseeing 6-10 shift employees. The role involves ensuring machine operators meet run and setup standards, assisting them with problem-solving, adjustments, and set-ups, performing machining operations, monitoring production processes, and checking the accuracy of finished pieces using calibrated measuring tools.

+ Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching.
+ Plan and direct production, establish production priorities to ensure low cost, maximize efficiency/productivity, and meet/exceed quality standards.
