Production Supervisor & Team Development Lead

Valeo is seeking a Production Supervisor for the APU in Querétaro to lead a multi-skilled production team, organize training, and ensure smooth daily operations on the shop floor.

You will drive safety, TPM, and continuous improvement initiatives, manage attendance and performance, and coordinate with the Supply Chain to meet MPS targets. This is a full-time, permanent role with growth opportunities within a global automotive leader.
