Job Description
Assist the Sr Production Executive to coordinate the planning management of the Production Department, follow up on abnormal production in the workshop, and organize the three-level safety education and training of the department.
Key Responsibilites:
- Organize weekly morning meetings to analyze and summarize problems in the production process and promote prevention and solution measures;
- Track the tail-end products, establish digital control methods, and communicate and urge relevant personnel from time to time;
- Responsible for the management of materials in the transit warehouse, taking inventory as required to ensure that the accounts and materials are consistent;
- Responsible for finding the causes of material damage and implementing control measures;
- According to the production plan, reasonably arrange personnel work to avoid manpower waste, improve work efficiency and reduce production costs;
