Overview
Position summary: Reporting to Operations Management, the Production Supervisor is responsible for coordinating and supervising repair and touch-up activities on the aircraft assembly line. The role manages an aircraft assembly team and ensures interventions are completed on schedule while meeting company standards for quality, safety and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Organize production activities and manage a team of approximately 20 workers to meet forecasts and maximize available resources.
- Coordinate aircraft repair and touch-up interventions according to production priorities and customer needs.
- Ensure work complies with technical specifications and the company’s quality standards.
- Work closely with other departments to resolve technical and logistical issues.
