Responsibilities
- Supervise the daily operations of lathes, milling machines, machining centers, and other production equipment.
- Coordinate, evaluate, train, lead, and manage production personnel, assigning tasks and work shifts.
- Ensure production schedules are met on time and according to plan by monitoring production targets.
- Verify that processes are carried out in accordance with drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards.
- Prioritize and enforce compliance with industrial safety regulations, use of PPE, and safe operating procedures.
- Identify and correct deviations in processes, quality, and productivity.
- Support the resolution of technical machining issues and process adjustments.
