**Description:** Lockheed Martin is seeking a Multi-Functional Manufacturing Supervisor (Level 3) to lead a team of 8-10 hourly bargaining unit associates in C-130J Final Assembly production. This role is instrumental in ensuring cost, schedule, and quality performance, while implementing lean manufacturing principles to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
