Job Description
We're seeking a first shift hands‐on Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations onsite in Lewisberry, PA ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance with FDA and quality standards. You'll manage a team of 10–12 employees while driving performance, accountability, and continuous improvement. What You'll Do Oversee daily production to meet targets Lead, train, and develop team members Manage SAP/ERP transactions and production reporting Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and FDA regulations Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and materials teams Support equipment maintenance and process improvements What You Bring 3–5 years of manufacturing leadership experience (medical device preferred) Experience with SAP/ERP systems Strong leadership, communication, and problem‐solving skills Knowledge of GMP/documentation practices Packaging equipment experience (preferred) On‐site role in a manufacturing environment Forklift experience preferred Ability to l...
