Production Supervisor: Lead Quality & Efficiency

Sika AG is seeking a production supervisor for their Port Klang plant in Selangor, Malaysia. Your primary role will be to oversee daily production activities, ensuring product quality and productivity while maintaining compliance with safety policies.

The ideal candidate is motivated and responsible, preferably holding a diploma with at least 2 years of relevant experience. You will be involved in organizing manpower, conducting quality checks on incoming materials, and assisting with plant maintenance.
