We are seeking a Production Supervisor for the night shift in Vernon County, Wisconsin. This well-established food manufacturing facility has been producing fresh, locally processed, high-quality products for over 25 years.
This is an opportunity to step into a leadership role where you can truly influence culture, performance, and team development. Hours are Sun-Thurs 10pm-7am.
What You’ll Own:
- Lead, coach, and develop production teams to drive shift performance
- Ensure productivity, efficiency, and quality standards are consistently met
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Maintenance, QA, and other shift leaders
- Enforce GMPs, food safety standards, and company policies
- Promote and maintain a strong safety-first culture
