Wulff Works Oy is seeking a Production Supervisor for their Kerava laundry to support daily operations, lead the team, ensure safety, quality, and efficiency, and participate in hands‑on tasks.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily activities and support workers.
- Act as a substitute for the production manager.
- Monitor metrics and ensure safety, quality and efficiency.
- Onboard new employees.
- Collaborate with logistics and customer service teams.
Qualifications
- Fluent in Finnish and English.
- Prior experience in laundry, manufacturing, logistics or food industry is an advantage.
- Strong leadership skills and a positive attitude.
