Production Supervisor - Injection Moulding

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Grade 12
• Fully competent in English with good communication/interpersonal skills
• Technical aptitude and hands-on approach
• Proven supervisory and team management skills
• Basic computer literacy and admin skills
• Experience in a production environment
• Any relevant qualification is an advantage

Tasks:

• Oversee production staff and plan daily operations
• Maintain staff attendance and performance
• Submit daily reports to management
• Liaise with other departments
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
• Complete stock order requisitions
• Handle material according to company procedures
• Adhere to health and safety regulations
• Maintain housekeeping standards
