• Coordinate and manage aircraft repair interventions effectively
• Ensure strict adherence to company quality standards
• Collaborate with various departments to troubleshoot issues
• Present performance reports and implement improvement plans
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required
• 2 to 5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing
