PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR
Location: EL SALTO, JALISCO
YOUR TASKS
Meet production targets (quality, cost, delivery, safety, environment)
Lead and coordinate production teams and daily operations
Monitor processes and implement corrective actions for deviations
Ensure product quality and drive continuous improvement
Manage materials, equipment, and resolve production issues
Support new product/process implementation and maintenance activities
Lead projects and track performance/KPIs
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
Technical education or diploma in Manufacturing/Engineering or related field
3–5 years of experience in production or manufacturing
Leadership and team management skills
Knowledge of production processes, quality, and improvement methods
Problem-solving and organizational skills
Experience working with cross-functional teams and projects
