This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader to take responsibility for a busy Final Assembly area, overseeing day-to-day production activities while improving safety, quality, and operational performance. The role offers the chance to lead and develop a team within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Your new role

Reporting to the Production Area Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Production Operatives within the Final Assembly department. You will ensure production requirements are translated into clear daily objectives while maintaining a safe, efficient, and high-quality working environment.
