Leader of assembly lines, responsible for ensuring and leading service departments to achieve company objectives through strategy and teamwork.
Experience And Education
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. A committee will evaluate whether a completed degree is required.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in production areas (assembly systems, manufacturing, or automotive industry).
Knowledge, Skills, And Certifications
- 50% English proficiency.
- Knowledge of products, manufacturing and assembly processes, and quality systems.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Basic knowledge of Windows applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Analytical skills, sound judgment, decision-making, negotiation, persuasion, and people orientation.
- High level of motivation and problem-solving skills.
