We're seeking a passionate and technically minded Production Supervisor (Butter & Lactoferrin) to join our Allansford site on a full-time basis.

Reporting to the Site Manager, you will lead daily manufacturing operations across our Butter and Lactoferrin departments, ensuring safe, efficient and high-quality production outcomes. This role is responsible for people leadership, production performance, workforce planning, continuous improvement and technical problem-solving across two specialised areas of our dairy operation.
