Production Supervisor - 3rd shift

Manufacturing company in the Perham, MN area is seeking an entry level Production Supervisor to join their operations team and overseen night shift operations. This is a foundational leadership role designed for an emerging leader—someone who may be a recent university graduate with an interest in manufacturing or a professional with early-career leadership experience looking to pivot into the industry. This will be a M-F 11p-7a shift.

The successful candidate will focus on learning their production processes from the ground up while taking immediate responsibility for team morale, safety compliance, and daily output. This role is a direct pipeline for future management opportunities within the company.
